영어로 메일 적을 때 앞에 Dear하고 뒤에 Sincerely 붙여야한다

I am a Korean citizen living in South Korea, a country which has signed a free trade agreement with United States of America.
I am writing this email to let you know of a concerning move by the Korean government to revise the customs law, which in turn may violate the said agreement once it comes into effect.
Under the pretext of protecting domestic demand, their proposed amendment of the law and precluding enforcement decree restrict the Korean citizens from directly purchasing foreign goods from overseas (for example, from Amazon and other big and small businesses).

The proposal from the Korean government prohibits direct overseas purchases of products that are not KC (analogous to FCC with electronics, and CPC with child-related products) certified. These products include 80 items that are close to daily life, such as toys, batteries, battery chargers, and electric cords are banned. The extent is massive in scale - so much so as it could be seen as the same as proposing a clause that prohibits purchasing most of the world's products without KC certification from overseas, even for individuals with intent for personal use.
However, considering that KC certification has historically failed to protect Korean citizens from humidifier disinfectant incident and the Galaxy Note 7 explosion debacle, the confidence for the certification is low, devolving this recent push for its mandatory status into a mere tantrum - not only against the U.S., but also its allies.

Under Sections 4 and 2.8 of the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement, no party may adopt or maintain any prohibition or restriction on the import or export sale of goods of the other party, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. This is a clear violation of the free trade agreement.

We urge you to protest against these violations that not only hinder the freedom of the Korean populace to choose what and where to purchase your country’s products for personal use, but also hurt your export sales.
